No sub for real lift: This is to a substitute for a real lift but there have been some early reports of subtle skin contraction that may work for very mild forms of skin laxity.

That depends: on your goals and your desired outcome. In general, however, radio frequency used to tighten skin is not nearly as effective as surgical options for addressing loose skin. A true body lift will address loose, hanging skin and excess fat around the stomach, outer thighs, hips, and posterior buttocks.
