Not in a socially : Reciprocal manner; i.e., they may be physically aggressive, but hypersensitive to touch.They may like being "squeezed, " but only on their own terms. If their " body space" is encroached upon suddenly or without their permission, they may become combative, usually with vocal protests, as well.

Variety of severity: Autism has a range of severity. characteriestically, they have less interest in social relationships than average individuals, but I am sure some may have an interest in rough housing.

Perhaps: All children like to rough house once in awhile. Where it becomes a concern is when play leads to over aggression and temper tantrums. Physical play is helpful with growth and development..
