Get to a HC facility: If this is a big change from your usual level, seek urgent care now, as it could mean your vascular system is trying to adjust to a small cerebrovascular event (stroke). F you're having chest pain, headache, dizziness or shortness of breath, go to the er now. Otherwise call an on-call doctor to get advice. In the long run, don't settle for even borderline BP control.
