I have a lump on my thigh, it's sore but no bruising, it appeared out of no where?

Hard to say.: Quite difficult to say without more details and a better idea of where this is located how big and how deep. Sometimes bruising can be present but not visible deep in the tissue. Could be a fatty tumor, a small amount of blood leaked out of a vessel after trauma, a lymph node, or something else.... In any case this should be resolving over time, otherwise see someone.
