No: Although not sure what "run down" means, exhaustion is not a cause for lymph node enlargement. It could be from a wide variety of other causes, and the only way to find out is to see a primary care doctor and be fully evaluated.

Be concerned: Multiple enlarged lymph nodes in diverse locations is worrisome for lymphoma or hiv. Nodes don't get bigger from being run down. The disorder making you feel tired is probably what is making the nodes big. See doctor.
