Would a clearblue conception indicator hpt say '2-3 weeks' if i only concieved 5 days before! could it be that inaccurate?

Probably not: Home pregnancy tests and even serum blood tests are unable to detect a pregnancy if truly conceived just 5 days prior. Thus, it would either be a false-positive test or conception occurred earlier than 5 days prior.
