A member asked:

I wanted a second opinion. a doctor told me that if i drink odouls, it will help me produce breast milk. is this true?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Maybe, maybe not : Taking adequate amounts of fluid can assist your milk production.Years ago many encouraged some beer intake for this purpose but data show any alcohol ingestion can decrease prolactin, the hormone that assists milk formation. Since o'douls has a minimal alcohol content, it would be less likely to produce a problem.
