Doxy or Levaquin (levofloxacin): Common problem with Azithromycin 1000 mg! ask your doctor if you need retreatment if the infection was 6 months ago. Chances are you need to be retested (urine sample or swab) and if still with infection you could try Doxycycline 100 mg twice daily a for 7 days. It's cheap but can also be hard on stomach. Another option is once daily Levaquin (levofloxacin) 500 mg but its expensive and not first choice.
