Yes: It is possible; however close follow-up is still important. During very early pregnancy with bleeding, your doctor will monitor your HCG level to confirm that it is rising appropriately. You may also need another sonogram to evaluate your pregnancy. If you pass any tissue (resembles meat) or start bleeding more than 2 pads an hour or feel dizzy/faint, please go to the er.
