Good, with caution: Lisinipril and other ace inhibitors are one of only a few types of drug shown to improve the long-term prognosis of chf. For CHF the initial dosing should be low, with careful monitoring, but most are able to tolerate higher doses. Blood tests are needed to watch effects on kidneys and potassium level. Other drugs that can improve survival for CHF are beta blockers and spironolactone. Good luck!

Good treatment.: ACE inhibitors like Lisinopril are very beneficial for CHF, and should be a part of your medical regimen unless there's a contraindication for its use.
