Blood work needed: Consult your doctor. He may want to order blood work to see if you're anemic, or hypothyroid or other condition.

Start with basics.: Assuming you have no major medical issues going on, review these questions: 1) are you getting enough sleep? 2) are you getting regular exercise? 3) is your diet reasonably decent? 4) how's your mood? Could you be struggling with depression? 5) are you in relationships that strengthen you? 6) are you doing paid and/or volunteer work that has meaning for you? Make adjustments as you need. Lgromko.

Get a physical.: Go get a physical! if this is sudden onset and doesn't improve with adequate sleep and eating right maybe one, and only one, multi vitamin daily and exercise 3x week, then somethings wrong! and a doctor's exam and blood work may uncover something! even depression whose misdiagnosis is sad because its so treatable. So go to your doctor!
