Pregnant?: If you have had breast and nipple enlargement, with tenderness, it is possible you are pregnant if you have been sexually active. I'm not sure what the white ring is -- probably just a variation of normal. I would not do anything right now, except to keep looking in the next few weeks for any other changes (or more probably normalization to your nipple appearance).
