Orthopedist: If it has not improved at all or has gotten worse you need to see your orthopedist, you may need another mri. If its been getting better it may need more time. A proper exercise regimen, with some stretching and strengthening of the surrounding muscles can help, see a physiatrist.

Failed Repair: The meniscus has a poor blood supply and may not have healed if repaired. Followup with your surgeon.
