The possible explanations are: * cervical spondylosis *herniated disc *neck sprain *muscle spasm *fibromyalgia *djd *muscle pull * nerve compression, as it emerges from the cervical vertebrae, etc. Thanks.

I was laughing hard and the back left part of my neck to the top left of my head feels sore. It almost feels like it's sprained. Whenever I move my head left and right, this left part of my head hurts. What's going on?
