Yes, but unlikely: You need to see your doctor and have a quantitative beta HCG ( a test for the pregnancy hormone level) to be sure. You should also be seen by a hi-risk OB (maternal fetal medicine specialist) before conceiving to evaluate your previous unfortunate experience with a full term stillbirth. My condolences...
