Possibly: Periods can be irregular in the first couple of months after coming off of bcps. Ovulation can occur later than normal which causes the cycle to come late, but it can also mean that your pregnancy test would turn positive later than expected as well. Plan to retest in a couple days if your cycle still has not come.
