Yes: You need to seek a consultation with a fertility center which would also evaluate your spouse. If there are issues they can help you decide if assisted reproduction would be choise.If you have functioning ovaries they could harvest your eggs/fertilize them with your spouse's sperm and implant them in you or a surrogate. Hope is something you should always keep.
