Resolution : False labor stops. Labor does not. Five minutes a part for at least an hour is a good general rule for when yo get evaluated.

BH are irregular : Bh uterine contractions boe not exhibit a pattern; they start in different focuses of the uterus without a effective wave of contractions, since they are not synchronized they does not produce cervical dilatation. Must commonly the patient will report back and suprapubic pain. True labor contractions exhibit a defined pattern and start at the top of the uterus .Then they get closer and more painf.
