Yes: You don't say where the skull pain. Serious complications from ear infections are uncommon, but possible. You should contact the doctor who prescribed the antibiotic.

Yes: You should be evaluated by an ENT dr asap, or go to er (where likely will get ct scan) to be sure the infection is not spreading locally into the mastoid air cells, or creating another complication. If you happen to be diabetic or immune-compromized, then go to er.
