Lactic acid buildup: Th eweakness is usually caused by build up of Lactic Acid in the muscles. Usually you burn glucose for energy, but during exercise, you may stat burning alternative fuels to keep going. When you burn alternative fuels, certain different by-products build up in your muscles, especially lactic acid, and this can caue weakness. Have a snack before exercise and drink plenty of water during exercise!
