Cover: A few self-help options: cover them (w/bandaids or tape), get concentrated garlic extract (liquid) & paint over area on fingers to discourage biting. Lip you must control-use lip balm to keep skin moist & prevent skin tags/cracks that encourage biting. Try lolipop to occupy mouth when stressed / anxious / bored (whatever triggers). Should also discuss w/dr as may be symptom of underlying problem.
