See a Doctor...: Rectal bleeding is a potentially serious problem. An anorectal problem such as hemorrhoids is most likely in your case but there are other conditions such as colitis that are possible and need to be ruled out. Go see a gastroenterologist for a work-up. Good luck!

See a doctor: These sound like two separate problems. The rectal bleeding could be from several causes: hemorrhoids, fissure most likely based on age. Do you have gallstones? If so. You are quite young and i would recommend that you see a surgeon or your primary care dr to see exactly what is your problem.
