Bad digestion: There are several possible considerations for maldigestion. Ibs, celiac sprue, lactose intolerance (e.g. Lactase deficiency) or other food intolerance, small intestinal bacterial overgrowth to name a few. I suggest taking a probiotic supplement to correct any imbalance in intestinal flora and dietary change to a low-fodmaps diet (ibsfree.Net). If not better, see a gastroenterologist.
