I guess that: Means you skipped your period by a week? Arm pain is not the sign of an ectopic pregnancy but it is obvious that if u have had 2 previous ectopic pregnancies there is a high chance u have another so you need to get seen. Go to the er for abdominal pain but right arm pain? Not indicative of ectopic.
