Juicing: A huge variety of claims are made about juicing -- often by the makers of juicing machines. Still, juicing organic foods is a way to deliver nutrients quickly, and people do sometimes use it in fasts or so-called "detox" diets. It can also supplement ongoing diets -- but it's not better than eating healthy whole foods. http://www.webmd.com/diet/features/juicing-health-risks-and-benefits.
