RF lifts: Radiofrequency is a noninvasive way of tightening or smoothing skin a little bit. It is not a very strong technique. If you need a body lift, you likely need surgery and not this. If you need a little skin tightening maybe it will be enough. Your best bet is to meet with a board certified plastic surgeon, get an exam, look at before and after examples, and then make a decision. Good luck!

Not a body lift.: Radio frequency can be used to destroy fat cells. Tru-sculpt from cutera company is a tool that does this. Body lifting is done by removing excess skin.

Radio frequency lift: Radio frequency treatment has been tried as a skin tightening procedure but I do not think it will help remove massive skin that needs a body lift.

That depends: on your goals. In general, however, radio frequency used to tighten skin is not nearly as effective as surgical options for addressing loose skin. A true body lift will address loose, hanging skin and excess fat around the stomach, outer thighs, hips, and posterior buttocks.
