There is none: Even laser hair removal performed in the doctor's office cannot claim to be permanent and total. We counsel our patients that it is permanent "reduction" of the hair. The devices used in doctors offices are very powerful and capable of causing serious damage. None are approved for use by the consumer at home and those devices that are have lesser results than those at the doctor's office.
