See your dentist: Sometimes after an extraction a piece of bone can break off, it can be painful, so it is recommended to have your dentist check it out, it can be removed very easily, sometimes with cotton pliers.

See your dentist: You probably have an exposed bone spicule. This can be removed easily by your dental surgeon.
