Calories: The white has the protein, the yellow as the healthy omega three fats and cholesterol and thus more of the calories of the egg. Both are needed for a healthy diet. The body shuts off from making an unhealthy cholesterol in the liver, when it derives cholesterol from a natural healthy source as eggs.
