Hard to tell: Without looking at the rash, and taking a full history of what you have taken or eaten or used on your skin recently, it is hard to tell what it could be. See a doctor for proper work up and diagnosis.

Rash: This can't be diagnosed with the information that is available. A history, physical examination & other studies may be needed to determine cause/causes.
Once accurately assessed a treatment plan can be developed.
