It's possible: Certain anti-depressant medications, such as lexapro, (escitalopram) can completely decrease one's sexual desire. Speak to your doctor to switch to another medication or to change the dosage if this is occurring. Do not do this on your own. Also add exercise and sunshine to decrease depression.

Yes: Most psych medication can decrease sex drive , specially ssri. Therefore some times we add wellbutrin (bupropion) to counteract this side effect, or we advise patients if they know when the will have sex to refrain one or two days from taking the antidepressant medication , .
