This type of : Situation usually indicates that there are underlying causes to the anxiety that need to be dealt with. A commitment to psychotherapy would be a good thing. If the anxiety results from events that have happened too quickly, too soon or that were too much to take in, you may want to consider a modality that deals directly with these issues such as somatic experiencing (se) or emdr.

A few questions: Have you been evaluated by a mental health professional? If not, that's a good place to start, assuming medical problems can be ruled out. Do you have a history of abuse or trauma? Do you have a diffuse anxiety or is it specific? What are the triggers? Does it interfere with work, family, sleep? Are you also depressed? Have you tried therapy and anxiolytic meds? Start w/ good eval!
