None: Anorexia and bulimia (binging and purging) are seperate disorders which are unlikely to occur together. Anorexia is specifically a fear of gaining weight in someone who is significantly below their ideal body weight often assoc with extreme exercise and/or abuse of laxatives, diuretics or other agents aimed at restricting weight.
