A member asked:

My foreskin won't retract when erect! is this some kind of condition?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Foreskin: Inability to retract the foreskin is known as phimosis. It generally develops as a result of chronic or recurring inflammation or infection of the foreskin and/or the head (glans) of the penis. It is more exaggerated when the penis is erect. You may want to visit a urologist for examination and to discuss options (one of which is circumcision).
