Local anesthesia: By no anesthesia you are probably referring to general anesthesia. Most root canals are performed w local anesthesia, which involves numbing the tooth and jaw..

Yes!: You definitely want to have local anesthesia for a root canal. I'm not sure what you mean by "will have no anesthesia" but without anesthesia a root canal could be very painful. You should certainly speak with your dentist and request local anesthesia for your root canal. Good luck!

Yes: Discuss this with your dentist. Most likely they already have a plan if you request some sedation.

If you mean: Anesthesia in addition to local best to contact dentist asap so can prepare. Of course you can always request local anesthesia, dentist will probably require it
