Depends: Depends on how involved it is to remove your teeth and the skill levle of your surgeon. If you teeth are impacted, have many roots or are close to vital structures such as nerves then it will take longer than teeth that do not have these issues.

Depends: The length of time under anesthesia can be dependent upon on what type of anesthesia and meds are used, the difficulty of the procedure, the skill level of the surgeon and technique used, your physical status, whether or not any reversal agents are used, as well as your level of apprehension. Every patient responds and recovers differently.
