Needs assessment: This would need to be medically evaluated to answer the question. Red stool can sometimes be due to bleeding. Black, tarry, malodorous stool can also be related to gastrointestinal bleeding. However, bits of this in stool could also be related to food you have eaten. Since you have abdominal pain and worms, it is very important to be evaluated by a physician.
