See a doctor now: Testicular cancer is the most common malignancy for 15 to 35yo males. It might turn out to be nothing, but you must get examined and have a scrotal ultrasound to be sure. Some of the possible benign things are epididymal cyst (spermatocele) or even just the normal epididymis that you came across for the first time. Best news is if it is testis cancer, it's one of the most treatable cancers.

Testis: Odds are in your favor that this is a benign lesion. Having said that, your are in the age group for testicular cancer. You should be examined by a urologist.
