I have a partially broken toe nail, it is still attached, and their is a dark red color under it, it doesn't hurt, what should i do?

See a foot doctor: If the nail is not loose, you can wait and let it fall off on its own. But if it's loose it probably should come out. I'm not sure of the history, but i advise you seeing a doctor.
