See a foot doctor: If the nail is not loose, you can wait and let it fall off on its own. But if it's loose it probably should come out. I'm not sure of the history, but i advise you seeing a doctor.

See below: Clip off the cracked are if you can. Use a file to smooth the nail edge. Start using a topical antifungal to aid the growth of healthy nail.
