Hydration: Lots of fluids could help, i.e. Perhaps "wash out" or dilute out the infection. Antibiotics require a prescription. Cranberry products which may help prevent an infection, may not be effective for an established infection.

Boost immunity: Taking a zinc supplement 25-50 mg/day (with food), vitamin D3 10kIU/day, and a good probiotic daily might help solve the problem since they boost immunity (infection fighting ability of your body) and reduce inflammation/pain.
