Confusing question: Are you referring to having a vaginal delivery over c section? Very complicated question. There are many reasons. Contractions can be too weak, the female pelvis too small, the baby can be too big or in an abnormal position, the baby's heart rate can show signs of problems. There are many reasons why this can occur.
