No: You cannot be pregnant if you have not had semen with sperm in it touch your genetalia, either directly or secondarily. You can miss menstrual periods without anything being severely abnormal, but if this continues, see a gynecologist.

Likely not pregnant: Unlikely you are pregnant if no sex for 5 months, and two negative pregnancy tests, although home tests can be wrong. Most likely you did not ovulate or make the normal hormones last month so you did not get the normal trigger to bleed. This can happen for many reasons like stress, weight changes, and a medicine like Progesterone can make a period. See a clinic to fix the problem.

Needs evaluation: Amenorrhea (lack of period) can result from many different reasons besides pregnancy. Some of these include other hormonal problems, weight (over- or under-), other medications, genetic tendencies, and stress. You will need to see your gynecologist for a fairly simple evaluation.

Tests are accurate : If you have taken pregnancy tests at home and they are negative then you can rest assured that you are not pregnant. You will need to see your doctor to discuss irregular periods. I would also discuss birth control options to avoid an unplanned pregnancy and avoid these scares in the future.
