A member asked:

I'm 32 weeks pregnant and my doctor told me baby s head measures a bit smaller than average, what could this mean? should i worry?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Not specifically: By definition just under half will measure below average & half above. Expected measurements comfort the OB because they worry less that their estimated due date is off, or that baby has something interfering with growth. I translate a bit smaller to mean not much & wouldn't lose sleep over it.You might press the issue at your next visit.
