Yes: Many options, but it's trial and error. Other options include: methotrexate, soriatane, (acitretin) uv light, biologics shots (expensive) and more aggressive pills called immunosuppressives. I would see a dermatologist at a university for their opinion. This is a frustrating disease with goal of control.
