Yes: Yep. One condition does not exclude the other. Hypogonadism is diagnosed with blood tests. There are no such tests for adhd, which is based on certain diagnostic criteria as contained in an official manual. A person could conceivably have some other hormonal disturbances causing attentional problems, such as hypothyroidism. An evaluation is needed. Good luck.
