Sources of Pain: You could have a bladder infection or a kidney stone, or another lower abdominal or pelvic process that is causing the pains. Sometimes, pain from an internal organ gets "referred" to the back or groin. It is best to consult your doctor, or perhaps a urologist to investigate this further.
