Get help: Major surgical procedures with general anesthesia (like breast augmentation) should be performed without alcoholic binges prior to the operation. This behavior can lead to serious problems as well as medical issues if continued at this rate. If i was your plastic surgeon- i would not operate on you with this history. Your risk of post operative complications is higher than normal patients.

Tell Surgeon.: Make sure that you inform your plastic surgeon about your drinking history. Patients who have a significant drinking history may also have issues with bleeding… when you do undergo your surgery make sure that you abstain from alcohol and do not mix alcohol and prescribed medications.
