? moist: The cervix has blood during the cycle and the mucous gradually forms under estrogen influence from cycle day 3-5 to cycle day 12-14 where it is profuse, clear and sticky / stretchy (called spinnbarkeit). After ovulation under the influence of Progesterone becomes less in amount thick and cloudy (less functional) and stays this way until the next cycle. Hope that hit the mark?
