Could be, probably: Due to muscle tension. The best thing you could do is start a gentle exercise program, such as walking 30-60 mins daily. Yoga & tai chi could also be great options. If you like dancing, check into a zumba class. Medications may provide temporary relief, but many are addictive & not good long term options. Please talk to your doctor if you continue to struggle.

GAD & Dental Pain: Gad, by definition will cause any "minor" ache & pain to trigger abnormal worry - that's what the disease does. Without knowing your age or history it is hard to answer this but the cheek & tongue paid could be a broken tooth or erupting wisdom tooth - which also couls cause some shoulder pain. You should make an appointment to have your teeth examined to ease your mind ANS see what is going on.

Yes it may be: Tingling and muscle tension and pain are symptoms of gad. So are irritability, fatigue, restlessness, tremor (shaking), inability to concentrate and focus, insomnia, nausea and vomiting, tachycardia (increased heart rate), sweating and excessive worrying about small and large issues.
