Not harmful: The amount of chlorine your would have breathed in, then get through your lungs, your system and to baby would be so tiny that it poses no risk to the baby. Quite honestly, i'm glad they sprayed it down - much more likely you would catch a germ had it not been well cleaned that could cause harm to your baby than anything the dilute bleach solution/fumes would do to you!
